Clients can log in to the app and browse local interpreter pricing, ratings and backgrounds, choosing the interpreter that best fits their needs. Freelance, independently contracted interpreters can log in to the app on their own schedule, determine their own rates and decide what appointments to accept. The client chooses when and where the appointment is to take place and the interpreter decides if they would like to accept the appointment based on the details provided. The control of the appointment is in the hands of the customer and the interpreter.
The app is designed to aid in effectively facilitating communication for limited English speakers or those who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing.
